My Body Is Rebelling!!!
I am not complaining!!! I went from 220- 132 , and have staled for about a month! i have stayed under my calories, i wear a heart rate monitor, I zumba ,and run , also just started in a gym for the first time in my life. For the more experienced people has anyone had this happen.

Im not complaining but.........
It seems that the more weight I loose the harder it is to burn big calorie numbers!!! Even tried to change my routines most I can get out of a 60 minute work out is 600 cal. and that still a feat. I use a polar FT4 HRM. any suggestions!

what is best I have 30 lbs left and I use a watch HRM it started reAlly chAnging the numbers alot for example I jogged on the beach to 45 min it showed I burned 20 calories then I rode my horse for 90 min it showed 1335 cal. Do I bees a chest strap or do the watches work and what brand is best
