Ok so I think I might have a touch of OCD or I'm just crazy. I for the most part am a stay at home mom, and I started out my weight loss by walking. Then running , also threw in bicycling . Now if I don't get in some kind of exercise in I feel horrible. Even when I do get in my exercise in first thing in the morning I feel like I'm not doing enough. Anyone else feel all crazy?

It's not a bad thing to focus on! I am like that for numbers! My logical brain requires that I track EVERYTHING I can in order to find results somewhere! That's why me and MFP go so well together! I get to see graphs and charts and count calories. I'm like that about my walk/jogs as well. I have to time them, measure them, and compare them to see the differences! It pushes me to go further and do more each time!
Better to be addicted to running and bicycling than to food or anything else!0
