Food cravings!

I have been doing this lifestyle change since April 2011, here lately I have been having cravings. No sweets, cheese , salty stuff. Do I listen to the cravings maybe my body is missing something!

    It's not always a bad thing to give into your cravings, they are natural.
    Just track what you eat and don't go overboard on them!

    I crave chocolate all of the time and usually satisfied after 1 small piece. :)
