This might sound silly but is one more inspiring than the other between Rushfit and Tapout? ShaunT was very inspiring to me while I found Tony Horton to be much less inspiring and a bit quirky.

It's on bare skin. No shirt. I just ordered Spectra 360. It's supposed to help the connetions and is used by many hospitals for their equipment. We shall see!!!!

I think we've pretty much just wipped ours down with a wet cloth and let dry. We may have done what you did Sarah. The H7 is their newest product and looks very interesting.

One thing I've seen on this post is that the people that say it is a waste of money have never actually tried it for a month. I've heard many people with positive things to say about it that HAVE tried it. So........I'm sticking with the people that have actually tried it.....not those with untested opinions.

Just do a search of Insanity vs P90X, on this site. There are tons of people that have written on the subject. I am on Power 90 and trying to decide which of the two I'm doing next. I like the P90X program but I like how motivational Shawn T is in Insanity. You can also watch some of the videos on you tube to get an idea.

P90X is a pretty serious program that you should already be in somewhat good shap to do. I'm not there yet so I started with Power90, which Tony Horton put out first. There are a ton of people here doing it by the way.
