Hello Everyone. Well, I've lost 22.5 lbs and people are telling me to stop loosing weight. I agree. I'm at my desired weight. People say right now that I look too skinny in my face. My problem is that I still have a belly. It used to be called a keg and now I just call it the Big Gulp. It has gone down a lot but I still have that small pillow under the shirt look. Any suggestions on eating or what not to ? I'm currently on day 7 of P90X for exerccise.......or torture ;)

I think if you finish P90X it will be gone.

Congratulations on hitting your goal! I haven't reached this enviable position yet. However, what I have heard is: keep doing the aerobic activity, or even increase it, to continue burning body fat, but up your protein calories so you gain muscle. Hope that makes sense.

It might just be that the face was one of the first places to go. The stomach is typically the last to lose fat (it is for me anyway) Best thing you could probably do is carry on with P90x. Maybe set your goal to a small calorie deficit (0.5lbs a week) and see how you feel once you've finished the program. Don't forget to take pics so you can see how you've changed.

If you work now on gaining muscle mass, it'll balance out. You won't be "skinny" but you'll maintain or gain some weight from the muscle while losing the extra fat.

Also, as a personal note, I wouldn't listen to what people say about you being too skinny in the face. They may just be not used to seeing you without the extra weight there so it's different (and different is scary!)

^This. A friend lost weight and everyone kept telling him he looked ill and he was too skinny in the face. Truth was they just hadn't been use to him looking smaller.
