Polar FT7 is making me mad!!!!!
I guess the battery keeps dying. I'm constantly getting a "check transmitter" message during my workouts. I now have a collection of 3 straps and 3 transmitters that I've gone through. I guess it's time to try something different, something that works!!

Difference in men and women for calories burned
I am 5-7 156 lbs. My wife is 5-3 139 lbs. I use a Polar FT7M and she used a Polar FT4F, both with chest straps. We did P90X Plyometrics together yesterday. I burned 598 calories and she burned 390. Tracking Calories....Elpitical readings vs Polar FT7M
I have an issue. I used my new Polar FT7M to compare the stats on the eliptical as to the HMR. The eliptical says I burned 400 calories and the HRM says I burned 350. I really like the 400 better ;) 50 calories is a difference. I just wish I new which was closer to accuracy. I'm sticking with 400 for now ;)

Today I blew my calorie intake by 305 calories. I did NOT exercise. I think I will do cardio now to make up for blowing my calorie intake. Frustrated this morning
Over the last 3 days I'v put on 1.5 lbs. Still doing cardio, not cheating and staying with my diet. If anything, I've been under my calorie intake. So........I feel frustrated. I'll be hitting my cardio hard today. Thank you for letting me vent.
