Quick question/advice

Today I blew my calorie intake by 305 calories. I did NOT exercise. I think I will do cardio now to make up for blowing my calorie intake. My question.....After I do cardio tonight do I then do my usual routine in the morning of cardio ? I don't think it's too much but thought I'd get some input. FYI....My cardio is an eliptical....medium pace I burn 350 @ 30 min and "Go for it" pace I burn about 460 calories at 30 minutes. Thank you

You didnt blow anything at all, you are allowed days that go over a little. I would get back on track and get your cardio in tonight and again first thing in the morning, I do 25 in the am and then 25 p.m. after my lifting routine 6 days a week and I am still alive!0

This morning I worked out, in the afternoon I worked out, tonight I worked out as well. Am I tired? My back is killing me but I'm happy. If I didn't do all that exercising, I would be way over my calorie goal. With that said, I plan on rising up early in the morning and doing another round of Insanity even if my back still hurts. Woohoo!0

i think you should do whatever you feel comfortable with ) listen to your body. if you wake up sore, then put it off, but if you have the energy & want to do it, then get on that elliptical!0

Great job on making the decision to work it off. I have been on mfp for 100+days and make a point to never go over on calories. My guilt will make me workout everytime lol. The elliptical is great because if you do go over, you can work it off pretty quick:) It's a beast but gotta love the burn:) Best of luck to you!0

MUCH BETTER !!!! 376 calories. Not bad for the end of the day work out. Some protien and off to bed. Thank you all for your support.0
