Mine is set to 1200... some days I am above, others I am below, but I average out to about 1200/day over the course of a week or so... hasn't been difficult for me at all, and I am losing *shrugs*

I often see it used to describe women who are thin with little to no visible muscle. There are often no numbers or actual data associated with it... to me it almost seems like it's used as an insult at times.

I agree that people are pretty harsh with the "skinny fat" thing... somebody called me skinny fat before, actually. Just because I'm not bursting with muscle is no excuse to call someone names or insult their body type... If you feel you're being harassed you should report it... for what it's worth I looked at your diary and don't see any problems... I've seen girls on here that stay in the 500-600 range... now that's an issue :/

I have the reverse problem-- I pick out clothes in my old size, and they are way too small! ...but I think they will still fit me until I try them on!! guess that's why I'm here... :ohwell:

I have done a 7 day fast for spiritual reasons, and I've always had juice and other liquids WITH calories... I wouldn't advise doing a 0-calorie seven day fast... it's going to be VERY tough on your body.

I drink it occasionally-- mostly I drink green tea, but a diet soda does slip in every few days. It's never caused me any problems. I don't have any problems losing weight and drinking diet soda every couple days.

I think it's sort of genetic... because mine don't really touch, even when I gain weight, but I have a friend who is about the same height/weight as me, and hers do touch... I think we just have different types of legs! It's always just been natural for me, sorry I can't help you! I would think if you get them firmed up…

You still absorb some calories but it's hard to tell exactly how many... just worry about feeling better though! Drink lots of fluids, and don't worry about calories until you're feeling better and able to keep food down!

Yes particularly the darker roasts! I usually pick the darkest roast I can :)
