I am a female, I am not looking to wear a bikini but to tone up a little bit, Mainly lose inches maybe i shouldnt have said weight as much I actually do have measuring tape that i can use.

And i'm not eating a house out at home i'm eating when i'm hungry and keeping it healthy.

The only calories i'm counting is the ones i burn, not the ones i eat. 3 days of cardio, 2 days of lifting (bootcamp)

Thank you! I figure as long as i'm consistent, i'm NOT counting calories but i'm making sure to burn 500 calories a day at the gym and watching what i eat such as fruit shakes in the morning with shakeology, not too heavy of a lunch and dinner (one serving and not two) boot camp on Monday/Fridays which are huge calorie…

I just did the math of maybe 2 pounds a month for the next 4 months which brings me to 24 pound goal in 4 months.. that may be more realistic.

I think 10 pounds a month is unrealistic, but i dont think 5 pounds a month is. Even 4 pounds a month at that matter isnt too bad. Move more, Eat healthier works for me!

Thank you so much!... I'm trying to figure out how many calories i should actually burn at the gym if i'm only eating 1,200. If i eat 1,200 and burn 300 at the gym everyday i could actually eat 300 more or do i just leave it as is. What usually works better?

Okay thanks so much... I'm going to walk 3 miles a day along with healthy eating.. tired of feeling this way.. going on vacation after Thanksgiving and i want to feel better and healthier.

Sunday i had walked 3 miles, Monday i walked 5.40 miles, Yesterday i went 1.50 miles on the treadmill and 4.50 on the Elliptical.. i am getting shin splints that i need to stretch out. I am totally for 100 miles this month to prep me for other fitness activites to help me lose weight.

That is really awesome! i'm approx 150 right now.. my height is 5'4 i hope it sheads off! I was at my goal weight 2 years ago & started slipping on the rocks and gained 23lbs
