LOL sooooo the real reason I guess I feel so tired an unmotivated lately is that I just found out I am pregnant!

My EDD is October 16th.... I just found out... I am super excited but nervous about the eating side of things since I have lost 64 lbs since May. I just readjusted my daily limit to maintenance until I see the doctor and see what she recommends. Anyhow feel free to add me if you like.

Thanks Ladies. It was a stressful week but I think I am still down this week! Weigh in on monday and I realized even if I don't have the time to exercise I need to watch what I eat and I can still hopefully lose. I have a little free time this weekend so I might get some exercise other than snow shovelling in!

I have lost my weight since May (so 9 months) and I don't love my stomach at all! although my start weight now was 239.9 my highest weight was 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my daugther I was up to 265ish. Thanks, I know I can only do what I can do and I think I have to give myself credit for a bit at least... in the past I would have probably been way up in weight. I just can't wait for some of this crazy stress to be over and my life to return to normal!!

I haven't weighed in a while ... sorry life is insane!.... this week I weighed in at 177.8 lbs which I think is a little up from the last time I weighed in but not by much.

I did have knee pain when I tried when I first started at 240.... so I took it easy and continued walking until about 210... then at 210 I had less problems. I now have no knee pain when running! :)

I am 5'7" and 178 right now. I would like to be around 150-155 but I haven't been that small since my teens so I will see when I get there. I wanted to be a size 10 and I am now wearing some 9s, 10s and 12s depending on the brands. I want to comfortably fit in 10s in any brand so I have a few more inches to lose at least!

Weigh in is for me tomorrow and this week is gonna suck for me! I was down a lb as of Friday but due to hormones I am soooo bloated right now.

Slightly confused.... so I weighed in on the 1st and 7th and posted my loss as of the 7th... is that not right? I used to weigh in on Thursdays but I joined a monday weigh in group so thats what I did

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is a good DVD workout that is just over 20 min long. I started with that one when I started workout DVDs. I am doing insanity now but I am finding I don't have time to do all of the insanity video each since being back at work this week.

I have been uploading but haven't posted here in a few days I don't think. I am doing the insanity workouts so had one rest day so far and will be at 5 of 7 if I get todays workout in... which I should barring anything too crazy at home but with 4 kids you never know what might come up!!

I am on day 6 of Insanity now... I will probably just keep with it for now and try NROL4W in March I guess. That seems soooo far away though!

I was just wondering the same thing thanks for asking.... I had planned on doing NROL4W now but I got insanity for Christmas as a gift and now I feel like I should do it... although I really had been telling myself that this year I was going to lift!
