  • To plan my lunches everyday so I don't buy rubbish. To stop snacking on junk while I'm working just becausr I'm bored. To get a fitness programme going again, mainly dancing twice a week and cardio 3 times. To do a second round of Insanity from Jan. Most importantly to stop binge eating at night. It's not good.
  • How about a banana or 12 raw almonds? There are loads of 100-calorie and 200-calorie food blocks in the back of the Insanity Elite Nutrition guide which are ideal for snacks as they're not too heavy. xx
  • @dmerc: The program I'm on means I have to eat every 3 hours. I have breakfast at 7:15 and lunch can be anything between 11:30am and 2:30pm so snacks are a must. @EatLikeAnAthlete: Thanks for your tips. They were really useful.   • Thanks for all your replies. Great to see so many motivated people. Yesterday was day two and I felt sick during my workout. My sis said I'm not drinking enough water so upped it a lot today. However, I'm really excited to get back into it today. Anyone finding it hard timing the their meals properly while they are at work?
