187 at the end of each pregnancy with 4 kids - dropped over 50 lbs. after each kid. I've dropped a total of over 200 lbs. For the past 10 years I have been dieting and being pregnant. So happy to be done with that!

I do. But I'm a crazy motivated person. If I weigh less it encourages me to keep going, if I have gained then I kick it into gear and work harder. I think it depends on your personality whether weighing yourself every day is good or not:)

On a normal diet week - almost all of them but quinoa (but I got some from Costco, just haven't made it yet - fyi: they make frozen individual servings) and I just don't like salmon:( I have also heard amazing things lately about "chia seeds"??? To add to your "new breakfasts" menu - my FAVE is a whole wheat piece of toast, mash 2 slices of avocado and spread on it, and top with a sunny side up egg or egg white made with non-stick healthy spray in a pan and sprinkled with a little Kosher salt and ground pepper. Super low cal and SUPER yummy!
