Or is this looking like the beginnings of a pretty toned arm? And is that start of a defined trapezius muscle I spy?
I just noticed this in a class the other day.....so cool! I am surprised that I care about this, and even more surprised to
be posting it. The scale hasnt really been working in my favor recently, so I am especially pleased to see this progress.
I know I have a ways to go, but feel pretty good this morning!

    That is awesome, I can't wait til I can post my pics like that, I am not that close enough where I feel comfortable to do so. But congrats, no more "wings", LOL thats what I like to call them.
