Kind of a weird topic lol but does anyone has any favorite condiments? Mine are pickles, lettuce, sometimes onions, sometimes black olives, ketchup, sour cream and cheese.

I make a homemade Boursin spread that is out of this world!!!

I like to make my own asian marinades

Another homemade item would be my Chili-Lime Avocado spread for salads and sandwiches. This recipe uses fresh serrano and/or habaneros right from my garden.

AND - one that my husband went freakin' NUTS over.. my homemade chimichurri sauce... I LOVE this when Im making quesadillas with steak and shrimp.. this spread goes on it so damn good!

Salsa, soy sauce and curry powder ( when I was in my low carb year I would mix this with sour cream or mayo and use it as a dip for chicken. I also loved a bit of hot sauce mixed in too). Can't do the dip with the standard calorie thing but thought I would add the details for those of you doing Atkins. I havn't tried it with yogurt but that would probably work too.

pico de gallo (makes everything taste yummy), McDonald's Sweet and Sour Sauce (works on everything they sell, and some things they don't), and Chili's citrus balsamic vinaigrette (is definitely NOT just for salads!)

Always a great component to have in the fridge to add to anything -- especially eggs.

I have a favorite spice - does that count? Fox Point seasoning from Penzey spices - I add it to eggs, soup, salads - even sprinkled it on popcorn. Yum.
