I do one that involves only eating fruits and veggies and drinking plenty of water (no meat). I eliminate everything that has sugars, preservatives and that which is not made from something naturally grown. I get my protein from the beans and make sure I eat foods that are rich in fiber and drink plenty of water. I don't…

I usually get that the first day of my period so I too eat more iron-rich foods and continue to drink my water. I have problems with bloating too which doesn't help. Totally unrelated: On The Doctors today they mentioned that coconut water should help with bloating.

My dad does it religiously. So when I go visit my parents I usually do a few of his Billy Blanks DVDs and I'm worn out BEFORE the end of it. LOL! Enjoy! Let us know what you think.
