Ive got the polar ft4 too and love it, average burn for any of the weights workouts is around 250 for me (however i then deduct what i would normally burn if i wasnt working out which for me is 120 cals) so i dont overestimate cals burned.

Im going to weigh weekly too, not doing the kick start but im adding an extra walk in here and there :)

Thanks Gerbies, i would prefer to get my workout done all at once, when one child is at school and the other and kindy in the morning and then i just have bub at home with me, so i might try it that way then! It is hard trying to do the second workout in the last afternoon when i have all 3 kids home :)

Im keen! i will do it 5 days per week at each level, and also throw in killer buns and thighs and walking a few days a week too :) I finished RI30 a couple of months ago and loved it!

Im back, tummy bug all gone :) week 2 today and 6w6pack. Im doing 6 days per week RI30 and 5 days per week 6wk 6 pack.

im 5'8 and 65kg and i use a Polar HRM, i burn approx 240 cals for the whole 1st level of the workout but that is excluding the warmdown because i switch to another dvd then. Hope that helps.

I did it 5 days per week and still got results.....i feel that your body needs at least 1 rest day per week to recover etc maybe you could take a day off per week and just go for a walk or something instead? or do a stretching dvd like yoga meltdown or pilates or something?

Day 3 done today, i also did yoga meltdown rather than 6wk six pack because my abs were so sore from it lol I really needed to stretch them out, i feel so much better now ;)

welcome Aussiegem :) I just did my first 6w6p and RI30 and had an awesome burn on my HRM so im pleased! Maybe just see how you feel each day and if you feel like doing extra at night then do it? I was thinking the same, the yoga might be good to do a few times a week to stretch out those muscles!!
