Ive done the most of it and combined 6 w 6 p with level 4 of Ripped since ive already done Ripped once and still want it to be tuff. At first I did the warmup of Ripped but I stopped doing it when I felt it made me go cold very fast so I just jump in from circuit one. Combining 6w 6p with level 4 means there are some moves you will have to do twice but dont think theres any way to avoid that no matter wich one you chose to combine it with. I would suggest you all pick the level you feel youre at thats still challening but you can finish and also take stuff like injuries or if you have some kind of problems with shoulders or knees in to consideration.0 -
Cool thanks Medoria, i completed RI30 in August and i just did a month of insanity (but im not ready for the second month, plus i miss jillians workouts ) I think i will rotate the level of RI30 ie do day1 level1 day 2 level2 etc..... Right i have my workout gear on and my baby has just gone down for a nap so its exercise time!!0

I am literally just about to start my first day of 6w6p/L1, but I am doing 30DS/L1 instead of ripped.
I am so in!! Should be interesting. I am also tossing up whether or not to do either cardio (elliptical) or yoga (stretching yoga) in the evening. Would that be a little too much?? its just I do have a decent amount of time on my hands.
Feel free to add me for support and encouragement... lets go ... Woot Woot!0 -
welcome Aussiegem I just did my first 6w6p and RI30 and had an awesome burn on my HRM so im pleased! Maybe just see how you feel each day and if you feel like doing extra at night then do it? I was thinking the same, the yoga might be good to do a few times a week to stretch out those muscles!!0
