  • Hey everyone!! I am a teacher as well. I have 8 year old twin boys. I am pretty good with the workouts... I need accountability when it comes to my diet. A trainer at the gym told me that diet is 80% of weight loss... I need to get better at preparing ahead of time so that I just don't grab what is close! Love reading all…
  • Needed this post today!!! I am doing great with working out... just need help with sticking to a good diet!! I packed Grilled chicken and veggies for lunch with an apple. I never do sugary drinks...just need to up the water!!!!

  • I NEED to do better with water!!! I drink some but nowhere near enough.
  • 4 days in a row at the gym or running. Feeling good about it. I need to really pay attention to the dieting.,,,no workout can make up for a bad diet!!!
  • I went to the gym. I did 25 minutes elliptical , 20 minutes on the stairclimber and 10 minutes on the treadmill. Then, I did some strength training for the legs.
  • Automatically saving half of what you get is a good idea so that you don't eat too much!!!
  • Hey!!! Kept my food log today. Still need to push myself on drinking more water. I purposely did not work out today. I was super sore from working with the personal trainer. Back at it tomorrow!!
  • Not great on the water today and I felt it at the gym. I worked out with the trainer today and by the end of the session, I kind of felt sick. Lesson learned!!! I did well with food. I logged everything!! Really loving this group!!!
  • First day was great. It was a good re commitment for me. Now.... The challenge is to not eat anything tonight to mess up my good day.
  • Had a great day. Breakfast was a protein shake and coffee with cream and Splenda. Lunch was grilled chicken with strong beans and a green apple. I had a luna protein bar for an afternoon snack . For dinner it was chicken strips with mixes vegetables. I went for a 5 mile run today as well. Thanks for the inspiration !!!

  • A little late here...but I am new to this group as well. I am pledging to stay on track and just get healthy this year. I actually maintained over the holidays which was good and I am back on track this week. Good luck everyone!
