  • I got just short of 2000km last year... was sooo cross when strava started my year all over again on the 1st of january! So this year I WILL ride over the 2000km. Did 72km last saturday, tomorrow will ride another 40-60km I have several big rides lined up in the next few months. :)

  • can I ask what are you actually eating then if you have cut out basically everything? I go for gluten free options if available as I have noted I am less tolerant of too much... same with milk products, i can have some but if i have too much i feel ill.

  • same here in melbourne!!! all my gym buddies and I have been experiencing this odd phenonemon. I eat way more at work than I do when I am home durning the day too. perhaps we are burning more cals trying to keep warm????:noway:

  • i got the polar FT 7 too, wore it around the house to get a baseline of my HR then did a pump class..... didnt really notice my chest band till I got home and noted it was all icky and sweaty lol
