Mine today was a Premier Protein Shake...but usually I do omlets, scrambled eggs with turkey bacon, or oatmeal with banana slices.

I'm going out tonight with friends from elementary school to an Italian place...no nutrition values on their website...and my email to them has so far gone unanswered. This place is all pastas, pizzas...so I'm going to do my best and not feel guilty tomorrow. I'll get my water in...get myself moving and keep moving forward.

I never said I refused to eat sugar or unhealthy foods...I said I refuse to let them rule my life. Meaning I need to make better choices...and not eat only junk food. I think you may have misinterpreted. :)

Thank you all! I'm happy to add all of you as friends! I try to walk everyday...taking my dogs out with me...but the knees and ankles oi vey! I didn't walk yesterday at all...but the day before we did 1.75 miles in about 40 minutes. It felt good...until I sat down and the adrenaline wore off!

My NSV is kinda strange...but I consider it a victory. After 8 weeks of healthy eating, I had a greasy chicken sandwich last night during my weekly poker league...and, to put it mildly, my body rebelled. I consider it a victory that my body has changed enough to reject "crap" food...and I won't be eating that again!

This is what I was told by my nutrionist. If I eat an apple, I need to eat a protein with it. So I eat it with peanut butter. Any carb I have to try to offset with a protein.
