I see some food diaries where people are consuming less than 1000 calories a day...multiple days in a row. And these aren't "small" people. I'm wondering if maybe they are fudging it? What are some suggestions for adding protein into my diet aside from beans and/or protein powders? I'm consistently under my protein goal and am not sure what I can add that would be low in calories, but high in protein.

No ski pants :(
I'm a size 22 in jeans...and I've been looking for ski/snow pants. My daughter loves to go sledding and I wanted something to go over my jeans so I'm not soaked by the time we are done. NSV - for me
I've never been able to run...or jog even....for more than a few seconds. Yes, that's how badly out of shape I was/am. At 240lbs there was no way I could run. Today, I jogged for an entire minute at 4.5 mi/hr. It may not seem like alot to some...but for me, this is huge.

Run or Dye 5K - first timer
