My first NSV

I had my first NSV yesterday...which also prompted some scurring! See, I started working from home in February, so I haven't worn my dress slacks since then. I had a bridal shower to attend yesterday and I pulled out my slacks not even thinking they wouldn't fit. Well, they FELL OFF ME! I had to do some scrambling in the recesses of my closet to find some smaller sized slacks but it was such a good feeling to know that even though I've "only" lost 6lbs...I've obviously lost more inches. Small NSV to some...huge for me!

I am there with you, I have lost 6lbs also but my clothes are fitting like I have lost 20lbs. Amazing what inches will do for you!!! Congratulations!!

Is why it's SO important to measure inches! Those will move down WAY faster then weight on the scale!!
