Zumba, EA Active (really good one), Just Dance and Wii fit all great calorie burners and fun as well. Even my daughters joins in so fun and fit for all the family :O)

Hi feel free to add me. My problem is snacking in the evenings and staying alway from snacks in the kitchen at work!!! Need the occasional slapped wrist and reminder what i am trying to do!!!

Have tried to keep some strawberries and grapefruit in the fridge so can have a healthy snack - but sometimes i do not always manage to be good :(
