Funny that you say the first pic is "gross" - I wish my stomach would look like that! I have loose skin and stretch marks galore thanks to babies and weight loss. I'm not always great with logging what I eat on the weekends and towards the end of the day BUT I do log most food, water, and workouts every day. I lost 130lbs and gained some back so I have about 30ish more to go. And I eat as "clean" as possible. Feel free to add me. :smile:

I'm a little late coming in to your post but I am super sensitive as well. I stay away from the nachos and fries but cheese alone kills me. I actually had some shredded parmesan earlier and my feet and hands are swollen already. Chinese food is something that I stay away from too...not sure if its the MSG or the sodium but…

This! I have 2 boys, work full time and have a hubby who works full time and goes to school part time. Our schedule is nuts. Sunday is still about family but now we work out and cook together most of the day. I usually have two crockpots and the oven going. The only downfall is all of the dishes!

I think it's a preference thing. Most days I will do 10min of cardio to warm up and go back to it after strength training. I seem to be more pumped for it...most likely for the reasons given by GuitarJerry!

I was 325lbs when I started my journey. Go, be confident and get the workout in. Don't worry about other people. Like someone else said - I look at the people are close to where I started and I want to give them a pat on the back. You want to get healthy just like everyone else who goes there. Don't hold yourself back!

I am a little late on this but I just started - completed day 3 today. LOVE IT! I have been eating clean (for the most part) since January. How has the results been for everyone? I have lost over 100lbs but I still just over 190lbs so I'm curious how long it will take for the results.

Congrats on the loss! I found that lifting has really helped. I keep 10lb barbells at my desk and used to do those daily. I still have flab but the muscle seems to be filling out slowly but surely! Thanks all - I still have a ways to go. I'm about 5'5 and 196lbs. I'm at the gym 4-5 times a week and just recently started getting more into lifting. I realized that my meals are averaging 200-230 cals. MFP is saying to take in closer to 1500 a day. I will check out that site and try your suggestions!

To date, I have lost a 2 month old horse, a 3 gallon tub of ice cream, a Chihuahua, and a guinea pig! Ha! CRAZY!
