Hi! I am trying to log in part of my daily workout...for example squats or bicep curls...I am entering sets and reps but its not showing the calories burned. I was wondering if someone could help me out. Thanks in advance!

That part is just for a record. You need to go into cardiovascular and do a search for strength training.0

I bring a notebook to the gym every week ;-) I also do not log it as cardio on here.... I log my cadio on mfp and keep track of weights in my notebook. It is a great way to track progress when you see the weights getting heavier0
