I have generally long menstrual cycles (32-35 days). I was wondering if any of you ladies have seen your cycles change in length, especially after weightloss. Have they remained the same as before or changed drastically? Also, has the length of your cycles affected ovulation?

cardio does work! I used to have belly fat and I lost it with cardio (daily). Now, I go spinning and it helps my thighs and my belly. So, go for cardio.

I woke up this morning and was soooooo overjoyed. Not only did I lose another pound but after my shower I was putting on lotion on my legs and I felt the fat gone!
