i dont eat until after my work out. i talked to a trainer friend of min about this once. he said its cool, as long as you gp home and eat a protein rich meal. essentially, working out while fasting, forces your body to use its fat supplies for energy, since you havent given it any yet

i have found the same thing when i take other NSAIDs (Torodal and Mobic) and lost the weight a few days after i stopped taking both. Ive been trying aleve (I have to take it everyday for a knee injury im resolviong :))

the more you reduce your calories, the quicker, in theory, you'll lose. But the size isnt an issue. I dont know how your built, but Im 5'2" and 124 lbs and in a size 4, at 112 lbs a few years ago i was a size 2... just something to think about

IM 5'2", small athletic frame. My goal weight is 115. Ive been 112 before and thought i looked slammin, but ive been 120 before and looked scrawny (112 i was a ball of muscle tho). Im 124.5 right now, and will reevaluate at 120 and see what i think :)

i eat a lot of morning star.. i eat the black bean patties, the meatless ground beef (in spaghetti etc) and other variations of the hamburger pattie. delish!

i physically cant eat the 6 meal a day thing.. my schedule just doesnt allow it.. so i usually eat a moderate breakfast, a huge lunch, and a tiny dinner.. although i work nights so lunch is at 930pm and my main meal of the day, and "dinner" or what i call breakfast again, is at 2 or 3 in the morning..

ive lost 13.. about half of my goal.. some days im like damn.. i look good.. and others i lean more towards the .. ewwww... but im convinced i have fat knees as well.. i will just have too see what i look like when i reach my goal and reassess.. one tip tho.. on the days i like my body.. i always take a picture lol

i think people are taking this a little harsh. in my opinion, all she is trying to say is do something ANYTHING, whatever YOUR body can handle as much as YOUR body can handle it. whether its walking a 10 feet or 10 miles. if you read it all closely, she says to find something you love and DO IT.. yes there are extenuating…

i used the jillian micheals 7 day detox and cleanse.. well for about 4 days until i got a bad bout of the stomach flu (i was THOROUGHLY cleansed after that) but the four days i did it, i dindt spend any more time than normal in the bathroom

some days im way under, some days im right on. i just listen to my body... i eat when im hungry, and dont eat when i dont want to. if im craving something salty, i eat salty, etc. its all about balance.. i never eat my exercise calories, and i consistantly lose each week.

i dont cook either.. lol.. im 24 and single tho, so i just eat subway, or soup :)

you can change the calories burned amount. i usually just change mine if i know what the amount from the machine is :)

i see that daily, as i only eat between 950-1150 calories a day. it also tells me ill be insanely skinny in 5 weeks. one can only hope

this is fine.. just get down what you can keep down.. and drink PLENTY OF FLUIDS.. i would try bland foods first.. like those on the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast).. or some crackers..

good luck to you all.. luckily for me.. i only eat at night lol (since i work nights) but it seems like being up all night makes me crave starburst and potato chips!
