Its important to note that this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Generally its best to be "near" to the target, rather than "under". Also, some of those targets you should be aiming to at least reach, and possibly pass (such as vitamins and minerals) but don't pass by too much, because these can also be toxic. In general, I'd aim to get close to the targets, but don't get worked up about it. If you've got one or two that are persistently way off, then this is an indication that you aren't getting a balanced diet and you should look at some food groups that you currently aren't eating much of.0

and the setting for protein is very low, so unless you have customized your goal amounts, don't be alarmed if you go way over on protein all the time. I do. Not hurting me at all0
