I'm 5'9 and hate it! I've always felt "big" because of my height and try to compensate for it by being thin.

I use probably a half tbsp of creamer which is about 17 calories

I have been drinking a ton more coffee since starting this since it makes me feel full. Could that be it? I used to have 1 cup a day, and the past week I have had 3-5 cups a day.

I haven't forgotten to eat breakfast for about a month. I'm so upset. I'm going to see my husband and go to the beach in 2 weeks and now I'm gonna spend the whole time being miserable.

yes, I have made sure to log every extra thing that I eat. I have not been eating more to compensate for soda, I have been eating way less than usual.

I know my weight can fluctuate, but this is 5lbs more than the HIGH end of my normal fluctuation.

I dont know what Im doing wrong. Until I started this I was at the same weight for a couple months, the day before I started I had gained 2 lbs which made me want to start. I have no idea how I could go from my normal weight + lbs, to a FIVE POUND GAIN (not including the first two) in a week.

I forget to eat in the mornings, until all of a sudden I totally crash from low blood sugar. Why would they say its ridiculous?

yes, its asked constantly, but the answers are usually very mixed and many times the people who answer are just as clueless as the person who asked in the first place.

I was skinny up until getting pregnant, where I went up to 183, and left the hospital onkly weighing about 10lbs less than that. I just recently started getting back in shape but still nowhere near how I use to be.. she's 15 months now.

I don't use sugar, but I use creamer (coffeemate) and it has sugar in it.

Well, I know the reason that I go over my sugars is pretty much all from my coffee. I love me some coffee :) ladyhawk, I read the first link you posted, so I should have my settings changed to .5lbs instead of 1.5? And that will raise the amount of calories that I am supposed to eat? And that will make me lose weight? Or…
