Starting over
I have been SO discouraged lately. All my pants are tight, and my goal just seemed so overwhelming. I've changed my goal to losing 5lbs at a time. Hopefully if I can just hit that first 5lb goal it will give me the motivation I need to keep going. Wish me luck and add me if you like!

Breakfast and lunch calories
What is a good calorie range for breakfast and lunch? I thought I was being healthy having a tuna sandwich... Until I entered it in and it was 430 calories!! Just for a sandwich?? Back exercises?
My husband has constant back pain and we have tried to get his doctors to advise us on exercise, but all they do is throw pain meds at him and say we'll reevaluate in a month. He was told that exercise may help but we were not given any suggestions. Does anyone know if exercise can help and if so, what exercises? The pain…

anyone else?
Does anyone else feel like the "goal" they set for themselves is pretty much obsolete, because even if you reach it you won't be happy? I have low self esteem and I just hate looking in the mirror, because I feel like what is the point of even dieting, I am always going to hate the way I look no matter what.

So so upset.
Started dieting a little over a week ago, and cut out soda the same day. Havent weighed myself since then becaause I get obsessed with the scale. Finally weighed in today and I GAINED 5 lbs. I'm so disgusted with myself right now I don't even know what to think.

I am a very picky eater. I'm trying to stick to the calories that this website set for me but its hard because I don't eat very healthy. I hate fruit and love anything smothered in cheese... lol. If anyone has some nutrition suggestions I would appreciate it..

low calories?
Hi! I'm new here.(this is my first post!) I filled in my information to the calorie counter and it told me I should be eating 1200 calories per day. Does this seem much too low, or am I just eating the wrong foods?
