P90X 6 days a week and also bowl 1-2 times a week.

Pizza is my fast food fave and it doesn't matter where it's from. I've been able to resist all other fast food places, but pizza gets me about every time. I've been back on MFP for almost 8 weeks. I've had pizza 3 times, but much less of it than I usually eat.

Depends on the results you're looking for. If you're looking to tone, go for lighter weight and more reps. If you're looking to bulk up, go for heavier weight and fewer reps.

If this is how it works, I guess it's time for me to go sue every fast food chain because I'm obese. I mean really? I know that I'm the size I am because of what I put in my body. It's not their fault. When will people take responsibility for their own actions? People like that need to stop breathing my air.

I don't have Wii Fit, but I have EA Sports Active, EA Sports Active : More Workouts and EA Sports Active 2. It does get a little repetitive, but I do like the workouts.
