It's where you eat normal calories on 5 days and fast to 500 calories on two days a week. I bought the book from amazon and it supposedly has a lot of health benefits

Hey :) Im a nurse so i totally get where you are coming from! Before i found out i was allergic to gluten, i used to make pasta salads, I would mix pasta, low fat mayo, tuna and sweetcorn or sometimes, pasta spinach, smoked salmon and low fat mozerella Hope that helps x

I agree!! Im losing weight to be healthy, i want to have a baby in the next few years, and i know that i could lose all the weight by slim fast. But no, im sticking to lots of fresh fruit and veg, nuts and seeds, fish, lean meat ... I CAN DO THIS.

2lbs a week ... 25 weeks :) More than do-able. Im trying to lose about 40 before my wedding on march 2nd 2013

I think its more that i Have a goal weight in mind and used my bmi to double check that wasn't underweight. My friends all think I'm a lot smaller than i am because i hide my weight well, so they think I'm already a UK 10 when I'm actually a UK 14 :S

I agree that you should re evaluate when you get to 11stone. My friend always said she wanted to get to 10 stone but at 10 stone 7 she found that she loved it.

I usually have paneer, its an indian soft cheese. Especially saag paneer. Or chicken tikka (not massala) and salad very nice :)

My ex hated me losing weight, he wanted me to stay fat because he could control me better that way. My current partner is doing this with me! I think maybe you need to talk to him, or maybe counselling?

Thanks Remi :) I just checked and my Goal Weight of 120lbs would mean my bmi was 19.4 so ive increased it to 135 which would make me a nice healthy 22 bmi :)
