You can do anything you put your mind to .... Maybe you will be slow at first, maybe need to take a few breaks here and there ... but eventually you will get the hang of it and see results ... ohhhh the results ... YOU will be soooo proud and amazed at what all YOU can do ! Just do it ! :)

I used to take it in oil form ... but the calories and fat really do add up, even though it is a " good " form of fat ... it still plays havoc on my numbers. So, I switched to pill form and I love it ! It is very beneficial and a great source to cook with ! :)

Don't spend to much time wondering about the " real " number ... truth is our bodies retain water and other fluids that will cause fluctuations within minutes. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning and don't get back on the scale ! Also, lose the clothes ! LOL ! :)

I don't know the extent of your injury ... but, walking is always the best alternative. The desk bike is awesome and you can do this while sitting in a comfy chair and added pillows for back comfort. Small weights will be a good start to utilize the arm muscles while sitting or standing. Even weighted gloves are awesome.…
