2 weeks of shred, i lost 2 inches in my waist and 1 in my hips. I only lost 4 pounds, but for the first time in my life, i have muscles you can see in my arms! I told my 8 year old I was going to take him to "the gun show". He laughed and said OK! Lets go!

I have the same problem with getting my caloric intake up to 1200/day. I eat, I just eat when I am hungry, and i have only been sticking to fresh fruits, veggies and white meat (turkey, chicken), no red meat. I try to keep my protein intake up, while the sugars down. I do splurge every so often on a DQ mini blizzard.......…

To be able to wear shorts without worrying about the cellulite on my legs bouncing around, or to be able to actually wear a bikini....... For once. Or to actually look cute in a little sundress. I want to be comfortable in my skin....no matter what!

This is sooooo helpful. Thank you So much for posting....such an inspiration. Im on week 1 and just hope i have the same results. It doesn't seem to be enough tho. Did you do any other excercises, or just the 30 day shred?
