tried these for Super bowl Sunday but they didn't cook in the 30 minutes. Next time I will test them before I take them out. They still tasted way yummy. I did the cherry ones using the Lite pie filling.

Burnt toast has activated charcoal. This sometimes helps with settling the stomach. If it has been 53 hours start eating. Start with liquids and then add the toast or other light things.

So you got food poisoning and now you can't keep anything down? I am not sure I understand the question. Food poisoning (in most cases) has to work it's way out. When it is over, rehydrate and ask your Dr. about h-pylori. This is sometimes present after food poisoning.

Rayman79, I know eating late doesn't make you fat. If your metabolism is running good and you have good muscle mass you can eat anything anytime. I know for me it is a matter of numbers. Calories in = Calories burned. If you take in more than you burn then you store it as fat. So for some of us using a cut off time helps…

I have to stop eating at 7pm. Any later and I tend to eat a whole other meal. But when I am so hungry my stomach hurts is sit down with a bag of ice cold celery ( I happen to like it) and stuff my face with it till I don't want to eat any more. The one I am using now is: 1/2c canned pumpkin, 1 medium frozen banana, 1/2c Greek yogurt, 2Tbls Almond Butter, 1Tbls Truvia, 1/2c fat free milk. Blend and enjoy! Fiber and protein.

I skin mine and then freeze them. Add one frozen banana, 2 tbl blueberries, 1 cup non fat milk, sweetener ( I use Truvia) and blend. Makes a great ice cream like smoothie.
