Feel free to add me too! I was just diagnosed with PCOS about a year and a half ago.

Thanks, ladies! That makes me feel better about going on it. I know it doesn't mix well with alcohol and I love having a glass of wine or two (or three) on occasion. Is it sad that that's what I'm most disappointed about?

My doctor just prescribed me Metformin as I have PCOS and insulin resistance -- were the side effects really bad?

Check out The Gracious Pantry website -- they have a section devoted to clean-eating Superbowl snacks. Not sure if they're all low-cal, but I made a spinach dip and hummus with veggies for our SB party last year, and the guys were surprisingly all over it! It allowed me to munch on stuff while they also gorged on wings,…

Check out the spicy shrimp and bell pepper toss from Clean Eating Magazine -- we make it for dinner about once every weeks. Serve with brown rice and a salad. YUM!

Made this last night --- so yummy! Even my boyfriend wanted me to keep this recipe!

I work a desk job (and have a freelance writing/editing business, to boot) and I eat 5-6 meals a day. Like many of the posters said, a lot of the "meals" are something as simple as veggies and hummus, or an apple with almond butter. It's very do-able. I only spend about 10 minutes a night preparing my meals for the…
