Hi everyone,
I'm on my own for dinner tonight and was hoping to cook a chicken breast for myself along with some rice and veggies. I'm not a good cook and my fiancé does most of the cooking, so I need your help!
Does anyone have any suggestions for quick, easy-ish recipes for one chicken breast? i.e. spice combinations, different methods of cooking, etc.
Thank you in advance!

I spread a tablespoon of mayo over the skin (or meat if it's skinless) and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika and bake at 350 uncovered until done. Usually 30 minutes or so, depending on the size.0

I like to marinate in viaigrette and bake.
Also like to sautee in asian (kung pao/szechuan) seasoning or even fajita seasonings give it lots of kick.0 -
Lite Italian Dressing and bake it with some onion slices.0

Thank you very much!0
