  • That happened to me as well. I was trying really hard with no results. I just kept going, it took about a month and a half to see results but then it came off fast :wink: Keep it up!

  • Thank you for the info on rain running. Two years ago I was dedicated to running even in the rain...but then I became more into yoga and slowed down my running. I think the proper gear will be much more helpful in running in the rain. Do you guys run with music or without?

  • This person does not sound like a very good friend. You should be proud of your weight loss! When you have accomplished something like that you should show off a little. I love when I am feeling good and I jave a confident group of friends around me. Good for you!:happy:
  • This is always my hardest thing! My big weakness are chocolate and carbs, I always want muffins or bagels before I sleep. I have gotten a little better lately but as soon as I fall off the wagon its over. I hope this group will be good support!
