abracasqueak, that was like EXACTLY what i needed to here.. i think i just needed reassurance that i didnt blow my diet (not at all! almost everything i ate was healthy). Ohhhh I want to join!! 1. Cardio for atleast 60 minutes a day 2. 8 cups of water per day 3. coffee no more than twice a week 4. Eat 1500 calories or less every day!

I did this workout today and I am in LOVE!!! You could try Sarah Lee Whole Grain White bread. It looks and tastes like white bread but it is much healthier!!
