OCTOBER CHALLENGE :flowerforyou: This challenge is each person will set there own goals for the month everyone is different and we all have different scedules. We can check in everyday to give a brief update , also encourage others This challenge starts tommorow OCT 3rd who is in ?




My goals are to........1. drink 62 ounces water
2. exersize 30 mins a day
3. stay within calories
4. log in everyday

    As of October 1st I will join you in this challenge by:

    1. drinking 128 ounces water
    2. exersize 60 mins a day
    3. STAY WITHIN CALORIES
    4. log in everyday

    my starting weight is 192 and I have a cute red shirt I would like to fit into. Thanks for this challenge that I will report on daily.

    My goals for this month are:

    ~ To lose 20 more pounds by November 1st.
    ~Log in every day
    ~ Work out cumulative 6 hours a week or 5 days per week
    ~Experiment more with cooking at home

    work out 30 minutes a day
    try and resist my cravings (crisps and chocolate!)
    drink 4 bottles of water a day.

    that is all :)

    My goals are:
    120oz of water each day
    10,000 steps daily
    30 min of cardio mon-Friday
    20 min of strength each week
    Lose 5lbs by Oct 28th
    Oh and of course log all my food

  • Yay, I'm so excited so many are in on this challenge!!

    My goals:
    1. Keep under my calorie goals every day
    2. Exercise 20-60 minutes every day
    3. Cut out sugar that isn't naturally occuring - yikes!!!
    4. Lose 5lbs by 10/28 (that'll be the last day of the challenge for me since we're taking a family road trip and I won't have cell service)

    Count me in.

    3. Cut out sugar and try to cut out all flour as well.
    4. Stay within calorie goal.
    5. Would love to lose 10 pounds but would be satisfied with 5.

    I'm in too! My goals for this month are:

    2. Stick to my diet every day of the week (especially weekends!).
    3. Exercise 30 minutes a day.
    4. Lose 10 pounds by Halloween.

    Yay everyone!!!!!! we have a nice little group to be able to encourage each other. at the very end it would be fun to add results how much weight lost or inches or both. YES WE CAN DO THIS :happy:


    Dee bear there is an awesome recipe for 1 minute muffins it is on this sight made with flax meal I do it with or without cinnamon you could even use to make a sandwich This is an adkins recipe yum when you just have to have bread :tongue:

    1*** Stick to my damn diet. lol DO NOT DEVIATE FROM PLANNED MEALS.
    2. lose 3-4 lbs by next monday :)
    3. be around 175 by October 21st

    My current starting weight is 209.5 I want to keep track so at the end i know how much I lost on challenge. Have a great day challenge friends :tongue: I lost 6lbs and 3 inches on my last challenge finished and WI this morning wooo hooo :bigsmile:

    Thank you so much for the muffin recipe. Cannot wait to try it. I also have a recipe for protein bars which I am going to try this weekend and then I will let you know if they are any good. No flour and no sugar in these either.
    1. Walked 30 minutes--check.
    2. Stayed within calorie goal--check.
    3. Had cereal with sugar on it--will try harder tomorrow.
    4. Enjoying this journey with a GREAT bunch of people--priceless.

  • I kept well under my calorie goals today, yay!!
    I exercised 60 minutes today, yay!!
    I completely forgot to NOT eat sugar and had treats today.. remembered way too late!
    Hopefully I'm on my way to being 5lbs lighter

    Hope you had a great first day of our October challenge!!!!

    Yesterday drank my water, Reached my steps, did my cardio, And logged my food. Planing on some strength today.

  • Ohhhh I want to join!!

    1. Cardio for atleast 60 minutes a day
    2. 8 cups of water per day
    3. coffee no more than twice a week
    4. Eat 1500 calories or less every day!
