Just checked that Jungle Gym XT out on Amazon...definitely would fit in my luggage but I'm not sure I would be able to figure out how to set it up and use it correctly - haha! Thanks for the suggestion!

Have you taken into account the times of day that you eat? I was stuck at a platuea for a while and someone suggested that I eat my dinner at an earlier time. So now I try and make sure I am done eating by 6 or 7 pm and it definitely helped me get my body back on track with losing. Hope that may help!! Either way though,…

I've just switched to first thing in the morning and I'm loving it! Up at 5:45, do strength training and then out for a quick run...back home to shower and all ready for the day! I have my coffee after my run so it keeps my energy levels up. I'm really loving it!!

Unfortunately I can't log my food daily on MFP, as much as I would like to, because I live in Mexico in a very small village, and we don't have internet access available daily. I log things on my iPad in a calorie counting program that I have, but it doesn't sinc with MFP. But the two days…

Maybe I'm wrong here - but I try and keep my NET calories around 1200 a day. So on the days I burn 400 or 500 calories exercising my calories are going to be up around 1600 or 1700....am I wrong in my methodology here?

Good for you on your 10 lbs lost!! I didn't start MFP at my initial heaviest weight, but for me the first 12-13 seemed to drop in about a month and a half...and then it has slowed down from there. Keep up the good work!!

I didn't see the today show, but I have 2 things to say about her - She enjoys life and is one heck of a good cook!! Oh, and I would never use the majority of recipes on a daily basis b/c I definitely can't afford the calories for that much butter...however my holidays ALWAYS have 2 or 3 of her yummy recipes involved:)

Couple options : 1.) SaraLee has bread loaves that are super low in calories, and taste amazing!! I usually don't buy anything "light" or fat free b/c I just can't handle the flavor, but this light bread is truely no different tasting than a regular loaf! 2.) Pita bread!!!
