If there is one thing that you can go over on and not worry it is protein. If you are working out and your body is breaking down it is the proteins that repair and make you stronger. Nikki I agree with auntie babs. I set mine at 1 lb / week. It gives me more flexibility. I do usually lose more then a lb a week. But it gives me more cals to eat so I don't ever feel restricted. I am the same. I like everyday but i am a positive person and dont have any issues with the odd ups in weight. It keeps me focused and on top of each day. Instead of once a week and then not really knowing what day or two put me in the negatives. It is really a personal decision.

Breanna, There is really no issue with doing that as long as you understand that they are empty calories with no nutrition for you. I like first thing in the morning. I can get through my workouts without breakfast though. I will have an energy drink first. Would an energy drink work for you? It might give you enough energy to get your workout done and stave of hunger enough! Hope that helps!!!

I live on almond milk. cow's milk not required any longer. Soy and hemp milk save your time and money. Almond milk is the way to go!!!

I think eating small meals all day works best as your body has a easier time digesting smaller meals then it does larger meals.
