Hi I made some Spicy Cabbage Soup... delicious! All u need is Cabbage,Carrots, Chicken Broth,Onions, Chicken breast n some dried chili peppers if u don't like spicy well delete the chili peppers :-). I made mine in the slow cooker.

Hi, there is an adapter that goes on the presta valve after u put that on u could use the regular tire gauge to measure n air. As for the seat well they do sell the gel ones but I feel more comfortable riding in cycling shorts since they are padded/gel they are really worth the money ;-). Hope I helped some.

Sis, u wil b fine.... just make sure u do ur workout or part of it. Don't feel to guilty but I think once ur sitting at the table n u order u will probably think twice of what ur about to eat lol... that would b good enjoy it but don't over indulge urself plus make sure u chew ur food!! LUV U
