Hi everyone I have a question, I know that the rate u burn calories r based on ur weight. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. So should I weigh on days that I know I'm going to do a little workout and adjust the weight on MFP to get a more accurate count?

No. Just weigh yourself at the same time each time.
Once a week is generally accepted as sufficient. First thing in the morning. I picked Wednesdays. Gives me enough time to work off some of the weekend.
Don't make it complicated.0 -
?? No such thing as the "wrong" forum to ask a question.....0
