I try to drink my 8 cups of plain water but I also seem to drink lots of iced decaf tea(plain) , would the tea fall into the drinking water count? Thanks in advance! :-)

I did a little reading on this as I am from teh South and a avid tea drinker. However from what I have read if you use fake sweetners and you dont use black tea or creamers then it is the same thing or close to drinking water and acts as a natural diretic (sp?).
I am not by any means an expert on this but that is what I have found from reading and researching for myself... It is the same way with Lemonade being counted as water as longer as you use the fake sweetners.0 -
I count it as water, but I also get at least 8 cups of plain water in a day too.0
