  • This helped me a lot. I do run low on sodium. Thank you!
  • I'm in! Being hungry and binging because of it scares me the most and is the No. 1 reason I keep failing.

  • @_KrunA_ - How have you maintained it for that long? Do you follow the maintenance suggestions from MFP?
  • I am in a similar boat. I have tried. And tried. And tried to lose the 20 pounds I lost (and regained) two years ago. I do well until about Day 5, and then justify a four-day binge by telling myself, "It's not that bad." Problem is, two-plus years of bingeing on sugar/chocolate has put me right back where I was... and then…

Uhhh, what happened to gym courtesy? 4) Guys who stare at girls. 5) Guys who tell me proper form of…
  • Thanks for sharing - I am really inspired to get back on track after gaining back 20 pounds. Philippians 4:13!!!

I also think I am going to start blogging on here. I am a writer by trade, so it might be nice to jot down my thoughts and feelings on 'paper.' My problem is sugar…

  • Did you ever find the answer to your question? It makes me feel the same, since I gained a bit back in order to settle into a healthy weight. Also, today is the first day I am 'maintaining' my weight loss. The calorie intake bumped up 500 calories! Does it really maintain your weight?
