I agree with the majority so far! -- Everyone has their opinions of what is too skinny and what's not. If I were you, I would aim to be FIT and HEALTHY and not worry so much about the number since you've already lost all the way you definately know how to do both of those things. I have been on this roller coaster all through high school and still to this day!!!! I can't handle this anymore!! & my picture are my mini accomplishments so far, because those matter too. :] I'd like to lose 30 pounds.

I would definately work out every day!!!!... I would just give my body a rest from things like weight training. But I think cardio like running is fine every day.

The elliptical ALWAYS tells me I'm burning more calories on the treadmill. It's also easier for me to go fast and longer on the elliptical because it's lower impact and doesn't hurt my knees. Also, my tatas don't hit me in the face. Lol. I sweat a lot more on the elliptical too!

Listen to the NET calories. I don't always eat them all back though. I try not to go over 1800 GROSS. One thing that helped me recently is starting to track my sodium. Small victories are my favorite! My most recent is not having to take a nap every single day! And also, being able to say NO to drinking, or limit myself to 1-2 drinks.

I don't log that because I want to burn more calories! I would just set my settings to ACTIVE, but grocery shopping and working to lose weight?... Doesn't seem like you're really trying to lose weight but logging every single activity as EXERCISE.

Maybe they're not on the right track eating clean yet and are embarassed to show that they either aren't logging at all, aren't logging everything, or are logging bad things. IDK, mines public now that I'm awesome!!!! lol
