  • Starting week 2 today. Cardio Power and Resistance. Finishing work later today so got to try and squeeze it in this evening and have time to eat, put kids in bed and shower before falling into bed myself! Not going to make the excuse of no time though.
  • you could start over but that does feel a little disheartening! When I've had to miss a workout i've done it when I can, either missed my rest day or done 2 workouts on 1 day. I did feel like I was going to die doing that though as I did one straight after the other, maybe I should have done one morning and one evening.
  • I had to switch my rest day to yesterday as I was so busy with the kids so I've still got plyo to do this evening ;(
  • I was so pressed for time yesterday that I couldn't fit my workout in so I swapped my rest day to yesterday so I still have my Plyo cardio circuit to do today. I think it might work out better for me to have saturday as my rest day as i'm usually so busy with the kids. I'll take it as it comes though.
