 Just for fun: Given that this is October with the fun event called Halloween, what is the spookiest, eeriest, most frightening or just plain bizzare thing that has happened to you since you started to lose weight?
 Two years ago I bought a shirt that looked like a huge jack o lantern face and wore it as my costume. After losing weight, I looked at the picture and realized just how my rotund shape made me look like a pumpkin! EEEEEEKKKKK!0

 I finished the September challenge at 206.0, for a month loss of only 1.4 lbs, and then woke up this morning at 208. I think it's mostly water retention, as I ate pretty relaxed this weekend, so I'm hoping to see it fall off pretty quick. I vow to do much better this month and make my 5 pound loss! Good job to everyone who's doing so great!0

 Although the membership says i joined in April;i have only faithfully been dieting for about 2 weeks. I believe the most frightening thing for me is the scale. Although i eat the amount of calories allotted to me; i always feel as if i have gained before i get on the scale and then when i weigh i have lost. The scale is so frightening.
