Last month I took a break from tracking but contuned my normal work out routine. I gained 4 lbs.... eeekkk, goes to show that tracking everything can make a difference. I honestly didnt think my diet was half bad either. whoops.0 -

Just for fun: Given that this is October with the fun event called Halloween, what is the spookiest, eeriest, most frightening or just plain bizarre thing that has happened to you since you started to lose weight?
I guess the most bizarre thing is having to manage my food to make sure I eat *enough!* I've gotten to this weird place where often I'm simply not hungry and I have to make sure I'm taking in enough calories. I'm not saying this to be facetious, simply that after training myself to eat less for six months, I now find myself having to train myself to eat more!0 -
