  • Ok I am in. Now I have to find a scale. I usely just weigh when I go to the dr every 3 months. Going to start walking again this week.

    Last month I took a break from tracking but contuned my normal work out routine. I gained 4 lbs.... eeekkk, goes to show that tracking everything can make a difference. I honestly didnt think my diet was half bad either. whoops.

    Trying to stick to low carbs and am doing everything in my power to not buy Candy Corn. Here we go!
    I think losing 5 lbs by Halloween will help me feel a little hotter in my new black dress I want wear to an event at the end of the month!

    Just for fun: Given that this is October with the fun event called Halloween, what is the spookiest, eeriest, most frightening or just plain bizarre thing that has happened to you since you started to lose weight?

    I guess the most bizarre thing is having to manage my food to make sure I eat *enough!* I've gotten to this weird place where often I'm simply not hungry and I have to make sure I'm taking in enough calories. I'm not saying this to be facetious, simply that after training myself to eat less for six months, I now find myself having to train myself to eat more!

    As far as weird or creepy things happening - finding out some of the medical advice I had always relied on was crap. I found a new doctor, and finally started losing weight using his methods.
